Deposits and Withdrawals
03.1 Deposit Rules
To deposit funds into acb99, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).

03.2 Withdrawal Rules
The following conditions apply to the withdrawal process:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Large withdrawal amounts may be held until KYC verification is complete.
- Winnings from bonuses require wagering conditions to be met before withdrawal.

Bonus and Promotion Policy
04.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at acb99 will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to claim this bonus. Eligibility: each member may claim the welcome bonus only once.
04.2 Wagering Requirements
Winnings from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal. The current wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing.
- The time limit for meeting wagering requirements is set from the date the bonus is received.
- Bonus bets contribute to wagering requirements on certain games — contact the support team for details.
- Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met may result in the bonus balance being cancelled.
04.3 VIP Cashback Program
acb99's VIP program has three tiers, each offering weekly cashback:
- Bronze: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.
You can gradually advance to higher tiers based on active gaming. Cashback is paid on a set day each week.
Important: Attempting to abuse the bonus system or claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being cancelled.
Gaming Rules
05.1 Fair Play

05.2 Betting Limits

Prohibited Activities

Consequences: If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed, the balance may be forfeited, and law enforcement authorities may be notified if necessary.
